As soon as our students arrive they’re part of the Bauhaus family, and we’ll do everything we can to help them settle in and feel at home.
Our all-inclusive offering means there’s no separate costs. Utilities, bedding and gaming-quality Wi-Fi? We have you covered so there’s no unwanted surprises! And with additional services such as laundry, cleaning and parking available for a small charge too, students can simply turn up and focus on their studies!
With just 154 beautifully styled private studios across two Aberdeen city-centre locations, our properties are designed purely for students on a self-catering basis.
Why Bauhaus Student?
We offer 33-week, 38-week, 44-week or 51-week contracts depending on the term students are due to start their studies. With flexibility of up to 3 payments, we can work with students to agree contract terms that suit their budget, circumstances and funding arrangements.
All studios
Our premium studios come complete with kitchenette (hob, oven or microwave, fridge), separate shower room, seating and study space. There are no shared kitchens or bathrooms at Bauhaus properties!

With flexibility built in, we offer contracts of 1, 2 or 3 payment instalments, allowing your accommodation costs to be spread throughout the year

All inclusive

Diamond Studio
Space and light make our Diamond studios special.
Large windows, striking city views, an abundance of natural light plus lots of floor space – there aren’t many studios like these in Aberdeen! Diamond studios are based on the upper floors of St Andrew Street and the second floor of Langstane Place and are ideal for students who are looking for well-planned living spaces with touches of luxury. Diamond studios are our largest one-bed studio style.
Our Diamond studios have both south-easterly and north-westerly aspects and are an average of 30m2

Platinum Studio
With lots of natural light and great-sized rooms, Platinum studios are ideally suited for students who are looking for the comforts of additional living space and a more premium offering. Our Platinum studios are located throughout St Andrew Street and the third and fourth floors of Langstane Place.
At Langstane Place each has its own separate, self-enclosed kitchenette. Roof top views and either full height or full wall windows mean these windows are bright and airy.
Platinum studios are either north-westerly or south-easterly. Average of 26m2.

Gold Plus Studio
Like our Gold studios, our Gold Plus studios are designed for students who are keeping an eye on budget but looking for additional living space. However for a few pounds more, Gold Plus studios all come with larger windows which allow in lots of additional natural light.Gold Plus studios are located throughout Langstane Place, where studios are south facing, and on the first and second floors of St Andrew Street, where studios are north-westerly facing. Average studio size of 24m2 – 26m2.
Included in our Gold Plus studios:

Silver Studio
Great value, high quality accommodation, our Silver studios have all the same comforts as our larger studio rooms but with a slightly smaller room size, making them perfect for budget conscious students.
Our Silver studios can be north-westerly or south-easterly facing and are located to the throughout floors 1-3 of Langstane Place. Average of 20m2.

Bronze Studios
Modest in size but offering everything our larger studios provide, our Bronze studio boasts large windows and stunning views across the city thanks to their south-easterly aspect. Expect cosy studios with less activity area, but with a sense of space due to the abundance of natural light which fills these rooms.
Our Bronze studios are located throughout Langstane Place. Average of 15m2.

Suites
Bauhaus Student suites are extremely spacious and come in a range of layouts.
All include separate kitchenettes, enhanced luxury bathrooms and an abundance of space and light – perfect for evening studying, weekend relaxation or having friends round. You’ll generally enjoy more storage space in our suites.
Suites provide more than enough room to accommodate two people extremely comfortably if required. Many suites include zip and link beds which mean that these beds can be used as either super king-sized or twin beds. Some studios boast waterfall baths, double showers or lounge areas, and at St Andrew Street our suite has access to an external courtyard to enjoy on a sunny day!
Our suites at Langstane Place and are either south-easterly or north-westerly in aspect, and at St Andrew Street our suite is north-westerly facing.

2 Bedroom Studios
Perfect for friends or couples who want to stay together but still have their own space, we have just a handful of these unique 2-bedroom studios available across Langstane Place and St Andrews Street.
With a layout which can’t be found elsewhere in the city, each bedroom comes with its own bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. The rooms share an entrance hall, kitchenette and bathroom.
Our 2-bedroom studios either have dual aspect views across the Aberdeen skyline or are located in premium positions within each of our properties.
